Comfortable and spacious 2 bedroom apartment located in a historic building in the heart of Old San Juan. Building is quiet, safe, and centrally located near restaurants, stores, transportation, and historic sites, and is only 10 minutes from Escambron Beach. Apartment has large living and dining rooms (dining room table seats 4-6), a library/office, a guest bedroom with two twin beds (and A/C), 1.5 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, a master bedroom with queen bed, and a balcony overlooking the courtyard with cafe table for outside dining. All rooms have windows that open onto a view of the courtyard. Hear coqui frogs sing at night and endangered Puerto Rican parrots passing by in the morning.
