This tastefully decorated oceanfront condo, which is located in the cleanest part of the Grand Strand, features a gorgeous view of the teal blue Atlantic Ocean. During your stay here you will have all the comforts of home including 2 TVs, DVD, and dining area as well as a fully equipped kitchen - perfect for a short/long-term stay. The bedroom has two queen beds and a separate living area contains a double Murphy bed and pull out sofa. In all, there is ample room to comfortably sleep a family of 6-8. This unit is equipped with everything you will need for stress-free living.
Last, minutes away are excellent restaurants, over 100 golf courses, outlet shopping, water sports, casino cruises, amusements, water parks and the list goes on. The unit rents from SATURDAY to SATURDAY during June-August with a 7
day stay minimum. All other times per year a minimum of 3 nights are required.
A security deposit of one half of the rental rate is required at time of booking. South Carolina taxes (11%) and a 4% processing charge apply.
