Rental Policies
Confirm reservation with 40% deposit. One time housekeeping fee of $75. Balance due 30 days prior arrival. $300 damage deposit fee fully refundable upon verification of villa conditions. Check-In: Available on arrival prior to 2 pm, Check-out: 3 pm
Cancellation policy: In the event that our guest cancels the reservation, we will levy the following cancellation penalty percentage rates of the total rental fee. Up to 60 days prior to the arrival date 20%. Between 31 and 60 days prior to arrival date 40%. Less than 30 days prior to arrival date 100%. |
