Our cottage is named 'HeatherHill'. There's a small garden in the front with a sloping pine tree-filled yard in the back. A short walk through the yard and around the bend takes you onto a harbor beach. We have two full-size beds, one single and a day bed on a screened-in porch that leads out onto a deck with a view of Wellfleet Harbor. There is a galley kitchen that is fully equipped and a living room. The cottage is quaint, peaceful and quiet. Should you have a rainy day there is a TV, books and games. There is a hammock in the yard. |

A walk through the yard will take you to Wellfleet Harbor beach. A 20 minute walk on the beach takes you into the Ctr. of Wellfleet. There are more art galleries in Wellfleet than any other town on the Cape. Also, there are many spring-fed ponds in Wellfleet. |

Wednesday evenings there is square dancing on the pier. There are many charter fishing boats available. There is also surf fishing for blues and stripers. Provincetown, a mere 13 miles away, offers sand dune tours and whale watches. Ferries to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket Island are a 45 minute ride. There is also a ferrie to Boston from Provincetown, leaving in the am and returning in the pm. Wellfleet offers a tennis court and a golf course. |

Rental Policies
|
I require 1/2 of the full amount as a deposit to hold the rental. If you need to cancel I need one months notice otherwise the deposit is non-refundable. I also require a $50 cleaning fee that will be returned at the end of your stay provided all is as it was when you arrived. The rental balance is due upon arrival, i.e., 2 pm or after. Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. |
