Osterville / Cape Cod - Fabulous Osterville Village/Cape Cod Massachusetts location (leave your car in the driveway !) - a beautiful ocean town on Cape Cod and a great house. Everything you need for great Cape Cod vacation memories is here! This is our 14th rental season.
2BR (dble and two twins) beautifully furnished and FULLY equipped (kitchen items, towels/linens, plenty of games and toys, cable tv/dvd) beach house (great book collection too - kids and adults); sleep sofa in LR; outdoor shower (indoor too!), fully fenced yard (with hammock, sand box and swing) and large deck for barbecues at sunset and morning coffee (hopefully not at sunrise since this is vacation after all). Just a few steps to great restaurants, marinas, boutiques and of course, ice cream shops. WARM WARM Dowse's Beach (Nantucket Sound) is just .8 miles away (Resident Beach pass included). Public tennis courts close by.

Multiple week rentals preferred at $ 1050 per week . Off season rates available for June weeks before June 24th and September weeks after September 9th.
This is a smoke free/pet free house (love 'em but the sneezing is no fun).
