Here you're a short 150 yard walk to the wide open ocean beach. Looking out eastwards over the Atlantic, nature has its way of letting you know that you're at the grand ocean. It's a notable distinction compared to a pond, bay, or marsh setting. Ramble down a tucked away path & to Lecount Hollow beach by Maguire's Landing and stroll along a quintessential Cape Cod beach that runs for miles. Catch an incredible sunrise coming up over the easterly ocean horizon. At the end of the day, you can sit on the outdoor deck and enjoy the water view.
The home is literally inside the boundaries of the Cape Cod National Seashore, one of our great National Parks. The land's natural beauty will remain a gem since it is protected from further development after earning Park status in 1961 by presidential decree.
The beauty can also be enjoyed by biking or walking along The Cape Cod Rail Trail. The trailhead entrance is about 3/4 mile down the road from the cottage. Formerly a railroad route, this path runs through the Cape for 22 miles and offers excellent biking and walking.

Cape Cod National Seashore comprises 43,604 acres of shoreline and upland landscape features, including a forty-mile long stretch of pristine sandy beach, dozens of clear, deep, freshwater kettle ponds, and upland scenes that depict evidence of how people have used the land. A variety of historic structures are within the boundary of the Seashore, including lighthouses, a lifesaving station, and numerous Cape Cod style houses. The Seashore offers six swimming beaches, eleven self-guiding nature trails, and a variety of picnic areas and scenic overlooks. |

Rental Policies
50% deposit of rental rate with signed agreement to reserve week(s). Balance due by April 1 of season or at time of agreement (whichever is later). $300 refundable security deposit for one week rental or $400 refundable security deposit for more than one week rental.
