Rental Policies
|
There is a 50% non refundable deposit due within 1 week of booking your reservation. The balance is due 45 days prior to arrival. A $300 security deposit is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. The security deposit will be refunded if the property is in the same condition as when you arrived. If damages occur, the cost to repair will be deducted from your security deposit. Cancellation policy: 50% of total cost will be refunded if cancelled 30 days prior to arrival only if the unit is able to be rented to other tenants for the week that you reserved. 25% of the total cost will be refunded if the reservation is cancelled 14-29 days prior to your arrival only if the unit is able to be rented to other tenants for the week that you reserved. There will be no refund if a reservation is cancelled less than 14 days prior to your arrival. There will be a $75 cleaning fee. |
