Located in a quiet Neighborhood Association on a private road-through a secluded wooded area - in one of Mystic/Stonington's most desirable areas-(Latimer Point) The 40'Dock will accommodate boats with drafts up to 21"` or mooring available that has a 3'draft at low tide - A Watertender Rowboat is included with your rental - The greatest fishing grounds of "The Race" and Fishers Island Sound" only minutes away. The unique design of this airy cottage features an Open Eat-In Kitchen with table/chairs that share a Living room/Sleep area with waterviews. Step outside the door onto the deck and enjoy your morning cup of coffee/breakfast- lunch or dinner which offers some awesome views and Breathtaking Evening Sunsets. Besides a patio set,the deck area has a retractable Sunsetter awning and BBQ gas grill. Under the trees(Waterfront)there is a picnic table-lounge chairs and swing to relax and enjoy!!
The large Bathroom has a Vanity - Sit-Down Shower and toliet.
Upstairs is (1) large Bedroom with (5) Twin Beds dresser-desk and closet. (Roll-a-way bed available) A Queen Size Futon and Jennifer Convertible Sleeper Sofa opens for sleeping in the living area - (Downstairs)noted as Bedroom #2 - (sleeps 4-5) |
