1Bedroom, 1.5 bath ground floor end unit condo, on the 17th hole of the Deertrack Golf Course in the beautiful Golf Colony Resort, right across from the RCI Plantation Resort. Queen futon in living room, Queen size in bedroom. Screened porch has laundry closet w/stackable washer & dryer, back door goes right out to pool, jacuzzi, picnic area and golf course. About 1 mile from the beach, close to restaurants, shopping and all the attractions Myrtle Beach offers. Pets and smoking are prohibited. Current rates are for a 7 day stay. November to March $375.00 per week; April, May & October $475.00 per week; June to September $600.00 per week. There is a $65.00 checkout cleaning fee and a $100.00 per week refundable security deposit.
