Direct TV, Washer & Dryer, Wood burning stove in Living room, Plowing, firewood, & grill. Sleeps up to 8-2 Twin beds in Loft, Double Pull out Couch in Living room,
Queen bed and 2 Twin beds in 2 downstairs bedrooms. Half Bath upstairs, Full Bath downstairs.
We are located approximately 2 Miles from Gore Mountain and approximately
23 miles from Lake George Village.
Reservations require a 2-3 night minimum stay.
Surcharge for additional people.
Cribs and high chairs available for an additional $25.00/week (Advance notice required)
Pets will be considered at an additional cost of $25.00/pet

Rental Policies
Rates are based on 6 people....
Weekends-Friday 4:00PM - Sunday 10:00 AM-$350.00
Weekdays-Sunday 4:00PM - Thursday 10:00AM-$125.00/night
Weekly-Sunday 4:00PM - Sunday 10:00AM-$925.00
Deposit required...Deposit will be refunded after Housekeeping has completed all cleaning. (Within 48 hours and if all is found in order)
Cancellation policy: Deposit is nonrefundable unless facility can be re-rented.
Refunds subject to a $25 handling charge.
Preferred Smoking outside....

Housekeeping available for monthly rentals @ $75.00 for 1 visit per week.
New York State Sales Tax 7.25% + Occupancy tax 4%.
