Rental Policies

There will be a 13% tax added to all rental rates. A $500.00 security deposit is due at the time of check in, this is an authroization only on a visa, mastercard or discover card only. 50% of total rent is due within 7 days from the day you make the reservation. Final payment is due 30 days prior to your arrival if paying by check or arriving after 4:00 p.m. You can pay on the day of check in with cash, money order or credit card (visa, mastercard or discover only) there will be a 5% convenience fee added to all credit card transactions. |
