Rental Policies
There will be a 13% tax added to all rental rates as well as a $75.00 linen/reservation fee. 50% of total rent is due within 7 days from the day you make your reservation. Final payment is due 30 days prior to your arrival if paying by personal check or arriving after 4:00 p.m. You can pay on the day of arrival with cash, money order, cashier's check or credit card (visa, mastercard or discover only) there will be a 5% convenience fee added to all credit card transactions.
Cancellation policy: If you give us 30 days written notification of cancellation you will receive a refund of your deposit less a $50.00 cancellation fee. If less than 30 days you will forfeit your deposit unless we re-rent the unit for the same or greater number of nights. |
