We use a reputable management company located on Sanibel that will make your vacation comfortable and carefree.
The condo is rented on a weekly basis from Saturday-Saturday.
Our Sundial complex offers the white sand beach of Sanibel, 4 swimming pools, free wireless internet, BBQ gas grills, shuffleboard and more. The adjoining Sundial Resort offers weekly membership for a fee.

Sanibel beaches are renowned for the shells that wash up every day- it's the top shelling destination in North America and this is the source of the posture known as the 'Sanibel Stoop".
The J. N "Ding" Darling National Wildlife Refuge has a scenic drive, boating rentals and tours, hiking paths and a visitor educational center. Nearby is the Bailey-Matthews Shell Museum and two private conservation centers. Canoe and kayak rentals, even guided tours of Ding Darling by tram or kayak are available at Tarpon Bay Explorers.
Sanibel is crisscrossed by an extensive bike path system that gives you access to most of the destinations on the island including the wildlife refuge and most of the beaches. The paths are well marked and almost flat.
There are also two public 18 hole golf courses on the island. |

Rental Policies
We Do Not Charge Any Cleaning, Booking or Linen Fees.
All booking please add 11% tax
All that is needed to confirm your reservation is a $250 deposit or 20% which ever is greater.
Visa and MasterCard are accepted for deposit.
The balance due is payable by check 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival, 60 days if greater than a 4 week reservation.
Our property manager will ask for a damage/extra cleaning agreement to be signed on arrival in lieu of a damage deposit.
All Deposits and payments are taken through our reputable property manager
located on Sanibel.
Cancellation Policy
Deposits will be returned if notice of cancellation is received by our property manager thirty (30) days prior to your scheduled arrival date. Notice of less than thirty (30) days, the deposit will only be returned if we are able to re-rent the condo for the full term of your reservation at the same rate.
Cancellations less than 30 days the rental fee will be forfeited unless we can rent the condo for the full term of your reservation at the same rate.
Please note: There is a $50.00 administration fee for cancellation when deposit is refunded
