Great rental prices and special offers for long time rentals. Rent can be on daily/ weekly/ monthly basis. The upfront sea view on the enchanting bay of Alexandria from the balcony is very relaxing. I assure you it is a great value for every penny paid.

Rental Policies
* Payment should be done by USA dollars
* There is 20 % of the total rental rate need to be paid as damage insurance and it will be refunded completely if there was no damage in the furniture, or the flat..
* In case of any damages it will be evaluated and deduced from the damage insurance deposit.
* There is also an Extra 10 $ for cleaning fees after departure.
* For electrical, water, and gas use there is a reasonable range for that, if the range was exceeded (due to your misuse) it will be extra payment.
* Transportation, and tourist guide could be arranged. but their fees are not included in the rental rate.
* 20 % of the total rental rate plus the damage deposit is needed to be transferred to my bank account as soon as possible to confirm booking.
* The rest of amountbe paid cash on arrival after singing the contract. |
