Rental Policies
|
See our web site for additional rates and specials. Deposit of $100 dues when reservations are made. Deposit is returned in full within 14 days after your departure if everything is ok in condo. Rent payment is due by two weeks before arrival. All other fees are ncluded in the listed rates. Minimum rental of 5 nights during April 1 - November 1 yearly. Minimum 3 night rental and maximum 4 week rental November 1 - April 1 yearly. Contact us for monthly rates. |
