spacious, well-lit modern apartment with a very functional
environment that can accommodate up to four to six comfortably. It
is fully furnished and equipped with the comfort of a home. It has
hardwood floors all around. The bedrooms contain a king size bed,
, 2 lamps, and a large dresser (all towels and linens
provided). The living room contains a futon couch, a couch, a coffee
table, shelves dining table and chairs for 6 and a TV with built in
DVD player. It has a desk with hi-speed ehternet/wireless internet.
The kitchen is spacious and simple with plenty of storage and
counter top space. It is fully equipped with a gas stove, a
refrigerator, microwave, a coffee maker, and a toaster(all dishes,
silverware, and pots included. The bathroom is fully equiped with a
tub with a shower-head, iron and ironing board.
It is fully equiped with an elevator, a coin-operated laundry room
in the basement. There are two front doors to the entrance of the
building, that are always locked, the second door in full view of
the attending doorman. |

Located at the beautiful northern end of Central Park West, in the
vicinity of Columbia University. The subway (B and C trains), 2 short
blocks away , connects you quickly and directly to the Theatre District, Times Square, Greenwich Village, Soho, as well as Harlem to the north, and Yankee Stadium in the Bronx. The Broadway subway line (104th and Broadway) is direct to Lincoln Center. Easy location for restaurants, bars and clubs, movie theatres.Perfect location for biking. You can ride along the Hudson River, from the George Washington Bridge to the tip of Manhattan, and all the way around the east side of the island.Many playgrounds in Central Park as well as Riverside Park, which is 4 short blocks to the west.
