The Rainy Day is located in Neskowin Oregon. This four bedroom, two bath, ocean view home is across the street from the beach access. The home has one upstairs bedroom and three downstairs bedrooms. The upstairs bedroom has a queen-size bed. The three downstairs bedrooms contain a queen-size, a double and two bunk beds. There is a bathroom with shower on each floor.
The house is fully furnished and includes linens. Amenities include a TV, VCR, washer and dryer. A telephone is not provided but cell phone reception is good and public phones are available near by.
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker.

Winter .. Sep - May .. $165-$215/night plus cleaning fee.

Daily rates based on number of guests and length of stay.
Holidays require three night minimum.
Maximum occupancy is 9 including infants and children.
Dogs may be allowed with prior approval and additional pet fee.
You must be 24 years or older to rent this house.
