Peak Season -$299/night June 20-Aug. 25; Holidays -$330/night; July 1-8; Oct. 25-Nov. 1; Nov 21-29; Dec 16-Jan 6; minimum stay is 3 nights. Security deposit of $350 (refunded 2 weeks after departure).Rates include cable TV, use of laundry, all bed linens, bath towels & bar soap, use of infant port-o-crib, all taxes and utilities. Rates do not include -wireless internet ($30 extra/stay) - Check-In time is 3pm; Check-Out time is 10:30am. Late check-in/check-out available up to 2.5 hours for $25 extra. More than 2.5 hours will be 1/2 rental rate extra. |
